Ebay has been a very helpful website both for customers and retailers. It is definitely the best place to go if you want to buy something for your home, for school and even for foods. That is primarily the reason why more and more people opt to this site for all their needs. However, with my 3 months experience of buying items from ebay, unfortunately, I have encountered one mean seller there and that is seller “discover0316″. I won his bid for 2PCS Silicone Ion WaterProof Sport Wrist Watch Bracelet for only $1.04. However, when I tried to contact her about my choice of color, she replied and tell me that she will not be able to send me the items she have at the moment since they are no longer in good condition. And she also asked me not to pay for the item anymore. So days went on and after three weeks or so, I received an open case from ebay saying that I have to pay for the same item for the same price. So, I contacted the seller again telling her that she should not file an open case on my account since it is she who asked me not to pay for her items due to the bad condition of her items. But she never replied. I tried to contact her many times but she did not replied. There is no problem with me to pay for the items. It is just that she should not file an open case on my account without asking me. I am very much willing to pay for her items but what she did really hurt my account. And now, the case is submitted to the ebay authorities.
