Sometimes we Forget to be Kind on Ourselves

Although it has been said, it is really a must to treat other people with kindness and compassion.  This is the right thing and also a good thing to do.  But it is also overlooked that we also need to treat ourselves with kindness,

People are unaware that they are having difficulty to treat themselves kindly.  This is because, a persons, we have a tendency to be hard on our own selves but we expect far more from our selves than to other people.  We don’t usually expect perfection  from other people but we expect it from ourselves.

Sometimes we push ourselves harder, faster and higher to be able to succeed.  We unknowingly pressure ourselves to get the results we wanted.  But it is important that there are also people that don’t push themselves too hard and are not too harsh on themselves but yet successful.  It is now time to change the things we believe and start concerning for our body – give our body a break.  Let it work the way it can and be proud of the small things it can do to make success possible.
